Online Payment Terms

To be eligible for the Telegration Automatic Payment Program (recurring billing), you must comply with requirements described in your Service Agreement including, without limitation, sending transactions to us in our form and format.

  • In order to enroll for the checking debit program, a voided check must be presented along with a letter on company letterhead and signed by an officer of the company, authorizing debit to occur on a regular recurring basis from the checking account as specified.
  • Credit card authorizations must be accompanied by the 3-4 digit security code found on the card to be used, which will indicate knowledge and acceptance of use by Telegration for the purpose of bill payments on your account.

We may notify you that Program participation is cancelled if you do not comply with Program requirements or the terms and conditions in your Service Agreement. If a card expiration date occurs during the term of your automatic payment plan with Telegration Inc., you will need to contact the Finance Department via email at finance@telegration.net or via phone at 888-718-1444 to give a new card expiration date in order to comply with the requirements or for any questions you may have. Additionally bank information and company contact information must be kept up to date, including any address, email or phone number changes as they occur.
