Telegration Signs Multiple Distribution Agreements to Significantly Expand Solution Offerings
More Providers, Services and Products Give Telegration Customers More Choices
Troy, MI – July 26, 2006 – Telegration, a leading provider and reseller of telecommunications services for businesses, announced today that it has significantly expanded its portfolio of telecommunications solutions by signing a number of new distribution agreements in the first half of 2006.
“These significant partnerships empower Telegration to further expand our agent business nationwide,” said Denis Raue, president and CEO of Telegration. “Most of all, our customers will have even more choice of providers, products and services directly through Telegration so we can meet virtually any telecommunications need, regardless of size, complexity or location.”
In addition to entering into an agreement with AT&T to become an Authorized AT&T® Solution Provider, so far in 2006 Telegration has signed new or expanded distribution agreements with the following providers:
- Broadwing Communications – Telegration has become a Master Agent and High-Volume Distributor for Broadwing’s business communications and data services. As a high volume business agent, Telegration will market Broadwing’s complete range of business communications and data services, including wide area networking (WAN), business continuity services, public and private IP networking, VoIP, switched and dedicated voice services, enhanced toll-free, capacity switching, and media services.
- Excel Telecommunications – Effective June 28th, 2006 Telegration has entered into a dealer agreement with Excel Telecommunications to offer Excel’s dedicated, switched and IP-based voice, wireless, data and enhanced services nationwide.
- Global Crossing – Telegration has become a Global Channel Partner and will market Global Crossing’s complete range of business communications and data services, which include voice services, data transport services, access services, managed network services, and IP VPN, VoIP, IP video, and dedicated Internet access.
- TDS Metrocom – Telegration has entered into a sales agent agreement with TDS Metrocom to provide the company's solutions, including local voice, data, Internet, and usage plans, in the Great Lakes region (MI, IL, OH, WI, IN).
- US Signal – Telegration has expanded its strategic partnership with US Signal Company and now offers the company's services for private line, collocation, MPLS and Internet access. As a distributor, Telegration now has access to over 3,000-miles of fiber optic network and 80 on-off ramps throughout the Great Lake Region.
- XO Communications – Telegration has entered into a new five-year distribution agreement with XO Communications. As an Authorized Agent, Telegration will sell XOptions Flex, the company's award-winning VoIP bundle, as well as local and long distance phone service, DSL, dedicated Internet access (DIA), and advanced network security solutions.
Telegration also Becomes an Authorized AT&T® Solution Provider
Telegration has also entered into an agreement with AT&T to become an Authorized AT&T® Solution Provider. Under the terms of the agreement, Telegration can sell AT&T services in all 13 states that SBC serves, as well as AT&T services nationwide, including MPLS, Integrated Access and Data services over AT&T’s Global Network. Prior to the takeover of AT&T by SBC, Telegration was awarded 5-Star Distributor status from SBC for 11 consecutive years based on the company's sales and service performance.
“It is a tribute to Telegration’s reputation that AT&T and SBC recognized the value of our service levels and incorporated 5-Star into the newly formed Midwest Authorized AT&T® Solution Provider program created by their recent merger of AT&T and SBC,” said Raue. “In addition, our status as an Authorized AT&T® Solutions Provider is non-exclusive, so we have been able to diversify by giving our customers choices from the entire AT&T product line, as well as those of our other business partners. ”
